Readiness of the building for implementation

Procedure

How to prepare for a smooth implementation?

Just follow the steps below. If you follow them, you won’t experience unnecessary delays that cost you money.

  1. Water (potable or according to ČSN 732028), minimum constant pressure of 250 kPa, temperature max. 30 °C, stable supply without interruption of supply, e.g. with a ¾ inch ball valve.
  2. Electricity supply, i.e. at least one (1) 380 V/32 A electrical socket, 25B circuit breaker, connected and fully operational on the basis of a valid electrical inspection, stable supply without interruption of supply. If SILA is used, a 32C main circuit breaker is required.
  3. Completely enclosed building in winter and substrate temperature min. +5°C (that is air temperature approx. +10°C).
  4. The substrate for plastering must be dry (brick, masonry, plaster: < 3%, aerated concrete: < 4%).
  5. The electrical boxes must be offset from the existing masonry by a maximum of 8 mm in the plane.
  6. All electrical, water and waste pipes must be buried.
  7. Treat metal parts with primer, or recoat with adhesive, and glass with fibre cloth (perlinka).
  8. Clean the PUR foam around the hole fillers and, if vapour barrier tape is used, glue it to the substrate (joist, lintel, sill).
  9. Cover the wiring on the floors in places where there will be more movement of workers when transporting material to the machine (corridors).
  10. Cleared building
  11. Paved access road to the site for smooth access of a vehicle with hydraulic arm (approx. 25 tons) or a vehicle for the delivery and supply of silos.
  12. Locked and secured areas for storage of tools and materials so that theft/damage cannot occur without overcoming an obstruction.
